Job summary

Cadillac in Warwick, RI is seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to help redefine the car-buying experience. This role offers weekly pay, a base salary plus a percentage of department profit, and comprehensive benefits.

You will greet customers, build rapport, estimate repairs, schedule service, and ensure timely communication with technicians while upholding warranty guidelines and CSI targets. Previous service-advisor experience preferred; 18+ and a valid license required.

Qualifications

• Must have great customer service, phone and computer skills.
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
• Advise customers on the care and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
• Generate and provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate of repair.
• Establish and communicate completion time of repair with customer and technician.
• Answer incoming service calls and maintain service appointments.
• Follow procedures for customer post follow-up to drive return visits and CSI.
• Comply with warranty guidelines and safeguard customer data.
• Manage in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
