Job summary

Cadillac is seeking an energetic Service Advisor in Massachusetts to greet customers, outline vehicle care, and present accurate repair estimates. You will schedule service appointments, provide clear completion times, and upsell needed services while upholding warranty guidelines and CSI targets.

Qualifications

• Must have great customer service, phone and computer skills.
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Actively promote and build rapport with the customer.
• Advise customers on the care and value of maintaining their vehicles per manufacturer specs.
• Generate and provide customers with a complete and accurate repair estimate.
• Establish and communicate repair completion time with customer and technician.
• Answer incoming service calls and maintain service appointments.
• Follow procedures for customer post follow-up to drive return visits and CSI.
• Comply with warranty guidelines and protect customer and company information.
