Qualifications

• Must have automotive service advisor experience.
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and collect vehicle information.
• Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Generate and communicate repair estimates.
• Schedule service appointments and manage turnaround times.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain CSI goals.
• Follow warranty guidelines and protect customer information.
