Columbia Gorge Motors is seeking a Service Advisor to be the dealership's first-line customer relations and service sales representative. You will handle customer concerns, meet sales objectives, and assist the service manager in coordinating a team of technicians.

The role emphasizes delivering honest, accurate estimates, effective communication, and maintaining smooth service operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive industry and parts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with technicians, customers and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in person and on the phone.
• Maintain CSI ratings at or above management levels.
• Prepare estimates and invoices for repairs and parts.
• Explain completed work and recommendations to customers.
• Write and track repair orders and parts requests.
• Schedule appointments and answer customer questions regarding repairs.
