Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Service Advisor at our Columbia Car Care Facility to be the primary contact for customers through the service journey. You will assess needs, recommend services, prepare repair orders, and liaise with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient work.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, communication, and organization in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to contribute to departmental performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or technical school certification required.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred; six months minimum.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from check-in to pickup.
• Schedule appointments, document concerns, create repair orders, and provide clear estimates.
• Review technician findings and use consultative approach for maintenance/repairs.
• Coordinate with technicians for accurate communication and timely completion of repairs.
• Process payments, deposits, maintain records, and support customer satisfaction goals.
• Promote company products/services and assist with inventory and service operations.
