Job summary

You will guide the service process from initial contact to completion, ensuring satisfaction and smooth operations. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a customer-service role, preferably in automotive service, with strong communication skills and the ability to explain repairs and timelines clearly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in automotive service.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and addressing customer concerns.
• Experience with automotive repair and maintenance processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, professional welcome.
• Listen to concerns and document service needs and vehicle issues.
• Explain services, repairs, costs, and timelines clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain open communication with customers and update on progress.
• Ensure service documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
• Manage service appointments and optimize department productivity.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer value.
