Job summary

Grayson Hyundai Subaru & Genesis West Knoxville is seeking a Service Advisor to be the central communication point for service and repair activities. You will liaise between customers and technicians, listen to problems, and coordinate recommended services to meet expectations for speed and quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, automotive training or experience, dealer or large-facility experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean record. ASE certification is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary automotive training or dealership/large facility experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record required.
• ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for service and repair matters.
• Coordinate between customers and technicians to plan and communicate service needs.
• Manage expectations for service delivery and ensure timely completion.
