Responsibilities

• Greet customers and check vehicles in for service
• Listen to customer concerns and document repair needs
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments

• Keep customers informed about status, pricing, and completion times
• Review and recommend maintenance and repair services
• Prepare estimates and obtain customer authorization
• Finalize repair orders and review completed work with customers
• Follow up with customers as needed
• Help create a level of service that keeps customers coming back
