Bob Weaver Auto in Pottsville, PA is seeking a Service Advisor to guide customers through the vehicle service and repair process from start to finish. This role blends customer service with sales, requiring the ability to explain pricing and repair recommendations, build relationships, and coordinate with technicians to keep work moving efficiently.

Automotive experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate with strong service, consulting sales, or service-industry background.

Are you great with people, comfortable talking about money, and able to keep things moving in a fast-paced environment?

Bob Weaver Auto is looking for a Service Advisor to guide customers through the vehicle service and repair process from start to finish.

This is a customer service and sales position. You will build relationships with customers, communicate repair recommendations, help customers make informed decisions about their vehicles, and coordinate with our technicians to keep work moving efficiently.

Automotive experience is preferred, but it is not required for the right candidate. Strong customer service, consultative sales, or service-industry experience can translate well into this position.

• Professional appearance and communication
• Valid PA driver's license

Automotive service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train a strong customer-focused candidate with the right sales ability, work ethic, and desire to learn.
