Job summary

The Auto Club Group (AAA) seeks a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers throughout the vehicle service process. You will assess needs, recommend maintenance, prepare repair orders, and liaise with customers and technicians to ensure accurate and efficient work.

Requirements include strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, plus the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from check-in to vehicle pickup.
• Schedule appointments, document vehicle concerns, create repair orders, and provide clear estimates.
• Review technician findings and recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and vehicle history.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate communication and timely completion of repairs.
• Process payments, collect deposits, maintain records, and support satisfaction goals.
• Promote company products and services and assist with inventory and service operations.
