Job summary

AAA seeks a Service Advisor to deliver an outstanding member experience and to manage the workflow for technicians. You will listen, ask questions, and ensure the vehicle is properly diagnosed while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling work, preparing estimates, and coordinating service activities. You should have automotive knowledge, 3-5 years in auto repair, a valid driver's license, and ideally ASE certification.

Qualifications

Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
High School Diploma or GED.
3-5 years industry experience in auto repair.
Automotive Service Excellence certification desired.

Responsibilities

Interact with members to determine their auto repair needs and meet expectations for great service.
Accurately document repairs, diagnostic and maintenance work in the shop management system.
Ensure BAR requirements are met in Repair Order preparation and documentation.
Source and estimate all needed parts for repairs to customer vehicles.
Suggest repairs for safety and performance and prioritize for customers by importance.
Review repairs with customers from estimate to final payment and ensure understanding.
Perform minimal record keeping and other administrative tasks to support the business.
May travel to different locations as needed.
