Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to act as the liaison between customers and in-shop technicians. You will guide customers through repairs, ensure understanding of services, and build trust while delivering an exceptional experience.

Located at Milford, OH, this full-time role requires strong communication and knowledge of automotive service processes. Training and advancement opportunities are offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in automotive or fast-paced customer service preferred.
• ASE Service Advisor certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, and schedule appointments promptly and courteously.
• Review recommended repairs with customers to ensure understanding.
• Communicate updates on costs, timing, or scope of work and document approvals.
• Distribute work to shop technicians and track progress for timely results.
• Coordinate warranty repairs, towing, shuttles, or rental vehicles as needed.
