Lia Honda Brewster is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. You will oversee the drive lane flow and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service. You will communicate repair information from technicians to customers and provide concierge support for owner inquiries.

The role requires a high school diploma, excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and a valid driver''s license. A fast-paced environment experience is preferred and benefits are offered.

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Communicate repair information and recommendations from technicians to customers.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries to assure a positive experience.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians'' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
