Responsibilities

• Coordinate service and repair work, translating customer concerns into clear technician instructions.
• Provide written cost estimates and obtain customer approval for repairs, and process repair orders and invoices.
• Administer warranty repairs for new and used vehicles and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Greet customers, listen to concerns, and build trust through effective communication.
• Serve as the main communication hub between customers, service, technicians, and parts.
• Identify repeat issues and collaborate with technicians on cost-effective solutions.
