Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers, schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Assess vehicle needs via information and walk-arounds; consultative selling for ongoing maintenance.
• Create transparent repair orders with cost and time estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely completion and status updates.
• Aim to achieve sales goals and expand product knowledge for service/warranty needs.
• Handle cash and check receipts according to company policy.
