Hanania Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Jacksonville to deliver exceptional customer service, assess vehicle needs, and drive service sales. You will coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely repairs and transparent estimates, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to pass a background check and hair follicle drug screen, and a commitment to ongoing training in a fast-paced shop

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create transparent repair orders with detailed cost and time estimates.
