Job summary

You’ll welcome guests, set appointments, open repair orders, and keep customers informed with progress updates. A strong focus on customer service, sales, and organizational skills will help you thrive in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service advisor/ASM preferred (automotive).
• Strong customer service, sales, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, listen to concerns, and confirm service needs.
• Set appointments and open/communicate repair orders to technicians.
• Explain recommended maintenance/repairs in straightforward terms.
• Provide accurate estimates and secure authorization before work begins.
• Share progress updates and revised completion times when needed.
• Keep thorough records of customer interactions, services, and parts.
• Support service sales while protecting a high CSI standard.
