Mills Fleet Farm e-Commerce Enterprises, LLC in Menomonie, WI is seeking an Auto Service Advisor who works with customers to determine vehicle needs, verifies warranty coverage, develops estimates, creates repair orders, and maintains excellent service.

You will answer phones, schedule service, promote automotive products, and assist with events while upholding Fleet Farm’s service standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
16 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
Previous experience in an auto service/mechanical setting preferred.
Demonstrated ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.

Responsibilities

Answer phones promptly and courteously and make overhead service announcements.
Schedule service appointments for customers.
Establish knowledge of Fleet Farm’s tires, parts and accessories.
Promote and sell automotive products and services that meet customer needs.
Develop service estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor.
Occasionally perform basic maintenance duties such as oil changes and battery installs.
Assist customers with questions and issues, delivering superior service.
Assist in preparations for events and promotions.
Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other initiatives.
Ensure services are completed with high quality and meet customer needs.
