Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
• Previous experience in an auto service/mechanical setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and courteously, and announce service specials and offers.
• Schedule service appointments for customers.
• Develop service estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor, and calculating customer’s payment.
• Create repair orders and maintain excellent customer service.
• Promote and sell automotive products and services that meet customer needs.
• Occasionally perform basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes and checking fluids.
• Assist customers with questions and issues and promote loyalty programs.
• Prepare for events and promotions.
• Ensure services meet high quality and customer needs.
