Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
• Previous experience in an auto service/mechanical setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and courteously and make service announcements.
• Schedule service appointments for customers.
• Establish knowledge of Fleet Farm’s tires, parts and accessories.
• Promote and sell automotive products and services meeting customer needs.
• Develop service estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor and calculating payments.
• Occasionally perform basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes and fluid checks.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues while delivering superior service.
• Assist in event preparations and promotions.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and credit card initiatives.
• Ensure services are completed with high quality and meet customer needs.
