Job summary

Hanania Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Service Manager for our Jacksonville, FL operation. You will lead the service department, hire and train technicians and advisors, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while driving shop efficiency.

You will present clear repair options, manage workflow, and strive to achieve monthly and annual goals in a fast-paced dealership environment. A strong emphasis on hospitality, integrity, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience in managing technicians and service advisors.
• Training experience for service advisors and other support staff.
• Mitsubishi experience is a plus; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• CDK experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct employees.
• Present the best repair solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• Effectively manage the workflow of the store.
