Responsibilities include scheduling, documenting guest concerns, updating customers on progress, and promoting additional services while maintaining records and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related service/dealership experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously in a professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and schedule service appointments.
• Document guest concerns and translate into repair orders for technicians.
• Prepare accurate estimates on parts and labor for guests.
• Explain repairs and necessary charges to guests.
• Maintain electronic and/or paper service records.
• Multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Monitor progress of vehicles and update guests on repair status.
