Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of related service/dealership experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to be insurable by our auto insurance provider.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously in a professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and schedule service appointments.
• Document guest vehicle concerns accurately.
• Generate repair orders and document concerns with the vehicle.
• Prepare accurate estimates on parts and labor.
• Explain repairs and necessary charges to guests.
• Monitor progress of vehicles and update guests.
• Inspect repairs completed by technicians.
• Maintain electronic and/or paper service records.
• Multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
