Job summary

Labadie Auto Company is seeking a Service Advisor in Michigan to greet customers, listen to vehicle issues, determine the required service, and prepare repair estimates. You will communicate repairs and costs to customers and propose additional services as appropriate.

The role is full-time, with a 40-hour-week schedule Monday through Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm, and pays $60,000–$75,000 annually plus a monthly bonus based on sales and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of related service/dealership experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to be insurable by our auto insurance provider.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously in a professional manner.
• Answering phone calls and scheduling service appointments.
• Actively listening to accurately document guest’s vehicle concerns.
• Generating repair orders and documenting guest concerns with their vehicle.
• Preparing accurate estimates on parts and labor for guests.
• Recommending mileage-based maintenance for guests.
• Explain all repairs to guests and necessary charges.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year related service/dealership experience (preferred)
