Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will greet customers, explain repairs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.

This role welcomes newcomers to the automotive industry with a strong background in customer service or hospitality. You will manage inquiries with professionalism, maintain organized work processes, and contribute to a positive dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
• Attach a current resume.
• Experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to work rotating Saturdays.
• Excellent customer service required.
• Organized, able to multitask and maintain a positive attitude.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the service lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and perform additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries via phone or in person.
• Ensure daily technicians' time is efficiently sold to service customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
