Hireology is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in our Service department. You will be the first contact for vehicle owners, explaining repairs and coordinating service from start to finish.

Salary ranges from $42k to $110k per year with commission-based earnings. We value organized, professional, and customer-centric individuals who can build trust and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests to clearly understand vehicle needs and issues with their vehicle.
• Obtain accurate contact information so updates can be provided throughout the repair process.
• Explain work that was performed and ensure guest has an understanding of future needs if any.
• Follow up to ensure the guest repair has corrected their issue and thank them for their business.
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
