Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly entering the service area.
• Listen to concerns and ask questions to understand issues.
• Inspect vehicles as needed to help determine service and repair needs.
• Prepare accurate, itemized repair estimates and work orders with parts and labor costs.
• Answer customer questions in person and by phone.
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process using calls, text, and in-person updates.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status, recommended repairs, and completion times.
• Ensure repair orders are written accurately and timely.
• Close repair orders once work is completed and inform customers their vehicles are ready.
• Work cooperatively with technicians, management, and dealership personnel.
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
