Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group in Peoria, AZ is seeking a energetic Service Advisor to greet customers, build rapport, and present maintenance recommendations in a professional manner. You will estimate repairs, schedule service, and communicate with technicians to deliver timely, high-quality results.

The ideal candidate has prior automotive Service Advisor experience or a strong customer-service background, excellent phone and computer skills, and a commitment to CSI excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in automotive industry preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Promote and build rapport with customers and advise on maintenance needs.
• Generate complete estimates of repair and communicate expected completion time.
• Schedule service appointments and manage follow-up to drive repeat visits and CSI.
• Follow warranty guidelines and safeguard customer, company, and manufacturer data.
• Maintain professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Possess strong customer service, phone, and computer skills.
