Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or retail is a plus.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Respond to online vehicle inquiries via phone and email.
• Guide customers through initial buying process to final sale.
• Identify needs and build rapport with customers for referrals.
• Answer internet leads with pricing and product information.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds.
• Maintain professional attire and appearance; work with CRM database.
• Follow up with customers post-sale for repeat business.
