Swickard Auto Group in Palo Alto is seeking a Service Advisor to be the critical link between customers and service technicians. You will greet customers, gather their service needs, and communicate repair options and costs clearly.

You will write service orders, liaise with technicians, track progress, process payments, and maintain detailed vehicle records, all while upholding safety and exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong hospitality and communication skills with customer focus.
• Ability to explain repairs and estimates clearly.
• Proficient in dealership management software (DMS).

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and identify service needs and concerns.
• Explain service options and estimated costs clearly.
• Obtain customer authorization for repairs before proceeding.
• Provide updates on service progress and address questions promptly.
• Write detailed service orders outlining concerns and approvals.
• Liaise with technicians to communicate repair details.
• Process payments and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Maintain detailed service records for each vehicle.
