Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to pursue TIA certification with company support.
• Experience in customer service within automotive sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with automotive maintenance basics and tires.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between customers and service department.
• Understand customer needs and recommend services and repairs.
• Provide clear explanations of work and costs to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and manage service schedules.
• Prepare and present cost estimates for tires and services.
• Upsell preventative maintenance and additional services when appropriate.
