Qualifications

• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience interacting with customers to deliver positive experiences.

• Familiarity with basic automotive service processes and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service drive and act as the face of Walser service.
• Record mileage and VIN, perform walk-arounds, and write repair orders.
• Explain service steps, time estimates, and costs to customers.
• Liaise between technicians and customers to set clear visit expectations.
• Support pre-delivery activities and post-service follow-up to drive repeat business.
