• Automotive service experience is preferred; training available for the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately communicate repair needs to technicians.
• Provide repair and maintenance recommendations with honesty and integrity.
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain services clearly.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Manage extended warranty claims when applicable.
• Review completed repairs to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Notify customers when their vehicles are ready and explain the completed work.
