You will be the link between customers and the service team, building trust, communicating repair needs, and guiding guests through every step of the repair process.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional attitude
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately communicate repair needs to technicians
• Provide repair and maintenance recommendations with honesty and integrity
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain services clearly
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Manage extended warranty claims when applicable
• Review completed repairs to ensure quality and accuracy
• Notify customers when their vehicles are ready and explain the completed work
• Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism
• Partner with the Service Manager to resolve any issues
• Help maintain exceptional CSI scores
• Follow dealership policies and procedures while delivering an outstanding experience
