Dutro Ford is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, collect vehicle details, and accurately report symptoms. You will determine maintenance needs based on age, mileage, and history, and prepare cost estimates for labor and parts.

Thorough follow-ups and clear communication with customers are essential. The role requires experience in a fast-paced Ford service environment, strong problem-solving abilities, and a long-term commitment to growth within the organization.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year in service department.
• Strong knowledge of automobiles.
• Experience as a service advisor or related role.
• Ability to learn new programs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Energetic and long-term career oriented.

Mansioni

• Greet customers promptly.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly report vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
