AAA Club Alliance is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor in Edison, NJ. You will be the key link between customers and our shop technicians, greeting clients, explaining repairs, and coordinating service to ensure timely vehicle turnaround.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive industry preferred or 3+ years in a fast-paced environment with sales/customer-satisfaction results.
• Knowledge of automotive technology and ability to communicate it to customers and techs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls and schedule appointments promptly and courteously.
• Review repairs and services with customers to ensure understanding of costs and scope.
• Notify customers if there are deviations from estimates or delays in vehicle pickup.
• Record approvals for repair orders and any additional costs.
