AAA Club Alliance is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor to connect customers with in-shop technicians. The role emphasizes problem solving, clear communication, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers base hourly pay of $23.65 with uncapped monthly bonuses and various incentives. Location: Columbia, MD; on-site with standard benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive industry preferred, or three years in a fast paced environment with proven Sales and Customer Satisfaction.
• Knowledge of automotive technology and ability to communicate to customers and technicians.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Service Advisor Certification is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, and schedule appointments promptly and courteously.
• Review repairs and services with customers for clear understanding.
• Notify customers of deviations from estimates or pickup timing.
• Record approvals and any additional costs for repair/service orders.
• Distribute work to shop technicians and monitor progress and accuracy.
