Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follow up on repair status and obtain authorization when estimates are revised.
• Make repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs by setting expectations.
• Ensure all completed repairs pass quality control and/or a road test.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs.
