Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control, with 2 years minimum experience.
• Strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to customers and team members.
• Ability to concentrate and achieve tasks in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
