You will leverage your automotive service knowledge, communication skills, and attention to detail to build lasting customer relationships, oversee service quality, and promote additional services within a trusted, family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control.
• Proven experience as Automotive Service Advisor.
• Fluent English communication.
• Proficient with computers and business machines.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor at C. Harper Chevy East, you will be the bridge between our customers and our service department, ensuring that each customer receives top-notch service from start to finish.

• Customer Interaction:Meet with customers to understand their vehicle service and repair needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Customer Satisfaction:Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Quality Control:Oversee the quality control process for each vehicle, ensuring that repairs and services meet the highest standards of excellence.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Educational Background:High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s License:A valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
