DePaula Mazda is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join the service department. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience by clearly communicating vehicle repair and maintenance needs between customers and the service team.

The ideal candidate will have automotive Service Advisor experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate records and aiming for high CSI scores.

Formación

• Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to clearly explain automotive repairs and recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers promptly and professionally for service.
• Listen to concerns and document service or repair needs.
• Write detailed and accurate repair orders.
• Check for open recalls and inform customers.
• Review maintenance and repairs with customers.
• Keep customers informed on status and ETA during repair.
• Explain repairs and benefits of completing work to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, accurate work.
• Review completed work with customers and explain services.
• Maintain customer relationships and aim for high CSI.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain records and follow dealership procedures.
