DePaula Chevrolet, Inc. is seeking a full-time Automotive Service Advisor in Albany, NY. You will be the main contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

You’ll work with technicians to understand issues, provide accurate information, and facilitate timely repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing needs, communicating with technicians, preparing estimates, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Automotive Service Advisor role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient with computer systems and software for managing service orders.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Valid NYS driver’s license and clean driving abstract.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, in person and over the phone.
• Assess customer vehicle needs and communicate with service technicians.
• Prepare and explain repair estimates and service recommendations.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage service orders and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate workflow and maintain strong communication among team members.
