Homer Skelton Ford is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians, ensuring a seamless service experience from check-in to completion. You will help customers understand their vehicle needs, recommend maintenance and repairs, and ensure their concerns are handled professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and provide a professional, welcoming experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Write and manage repair orders from start to finish
• Communicate recommended services and repairs clearly to customers
• Provide accurate estimates and explain maintenance recommendations
• Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Follow up with customers regarding completed services and satisfaction
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty
• Maintain CSI standards and contribute to department goals

Qualifications:

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor Experience Preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services preferred
• Experience with dealership service operations is a plus
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
