Job summary

Germain Honda of Naples is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Naples, FL. You will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics.

Well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. As a Service Advisor, you will greet customers, document issues, schedule maintenance, explain services and costs, and maintain clear communication with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within automotive preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
