Job summary

Germain Honda of Naples is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Naples, FL. You will own the customer experience in the service lane and be the first point of contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics.

You will work with technicians and service staff to keep customers informed and satisfied. Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting issues, scheduling appointments, explaining services and costs, and maintaining clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and service management software.
• Clean driving record.
