Job summary

Germain Honda of Naples is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Naples, FL. You will own the customer experience in the service lane and act as the first point of contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics.

You will coordinate with technicians, explain services and costs to customers, and maintain clear communication to ensure satisfaction. Prior experience in automotive service or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and service management software.
• Clean driving record.
