As part of the role, you will coordinate with technicians, clearly explain recommended services and costs, and maintain open communication to ensure customer satisfaction during every visit.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and service management software.
