Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting issues, scheduling service, explaining recommended services and costs, and ensuring clear communication to achieve high satisfaction. Six-figure earning potential for top performers.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Proficient with computers and service management software.
