Germain Honda of Naples is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Naples, FL to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be the first point of contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics, and will coordinate with technicians to ensure timely updates.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting issues, scheduling service, explaining recommended services and costs, and maintaining clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and service management software.
• Clean driving record.
