Job summary

Biggers Chevrolet in Elgin, IL is seeking a Service Advisor to guide customers through the repair experience with enthusiasm and a helpful attitude. You will greet customers, explain maintenance needs from our menu, and provide accurate estimates on completion times and prices.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a sales mindset, and teamwork with technicians; prior GM or Mazda experience is a plus. This is a growth opportunity in a locally owned dealership with comprehensive benefits.

Here at Biggers Chevrolet, we are looking for a Service Advisor to join our privately-owned, local dealership group and set both ourselves and your career up for success. In this position, you are responsible for partnering with the customer through all aspects of the vehicle repair experience. We will provide all the tools, personnel and support for success. We will train some one with great customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
